GDPR – Clinic Privacy Policy and Data Collection

This policy covers the details surrounding the information about you that is collected and how it is used. This company takes your privacy seriously and will do everything possible to ensure the protection of that information.

At the moment there is no email Newsletter/update etc but one may be developed at a later date and would be issued to your email address. This would contain clinic information, treatment advice for certain injuries or issues that many people may struggle with, special offer and articles of interest.

No information has ever been or will ever be sold to 3rd parties. Information collected is used to asses your treatement requirements within the clinic and for the reason only.

What Information is Collected?

We only collect information relative to you and to the treatment you have requested. These are listed below.

  • Dr's Details
Used to ensure correct identity of client. Also to ensure that the client can be contacted if appointments need to be changed. Email may be used in the future for a newsletter as listed above and to consider in options for contact choice. Doctors and emergency numbers necessary if medical treatment is required within the clinic and anyone needs to be contacted. We need to ensure that the correct people are informed and medical services can contact the correct people to obtain full information.

Medical history, general health are a requirement and expectations help to build a picture of the clients needs from a treatment and build a bespoke therapy built around them.

Client Information collect will be collected and retained for 10 years or until age 28 if under 18 at the time of treatment, following your last appointment as per the guidance from the governing body.

All medical history, general health, treatment plans, client expectations and treatment notes are never and will never be shared with a third party other than a medical professional in the event of a medical emergency or following professional advice in the light of an insurance claim.
